About Us

Crushing waste glass bottles to make kolam podi is a form of recycling that helps reduce the amount of glass waste in landfills. It contributes to environmental sustainability by repurposing glass waste into a usable product. By recycling glass bottles, the demand for raw materials to produce new glass products is reduced, conserving natural resources like sand, soda ash, and limestone.

The process can create a new revenue stream for businesses involved in waste management and recycling. It can also create jobs in the collection, sorting, and processing of glass waste. Using a machine to crush glass bottles into fine powder allows for efficient and consistent production. The process can be automated, which increases production capacity and reduces labor costs. Machines can be calibrated to produce glass powder of different particle sizes, allowing customization of the kolam podi for various applications
